If you are watching the news from Iraq you would have learned that they have just completed the second of three needed readings on the 2021 budget. Will I stake my reputation that the RV will happen shortly after the budget is passed? No! But I will say that we still have time since it is not yet opened. When it does, we literally have just days before we lose our window of opportunity for the reinstatement to happen
