Other ID's at exchange if no Utilities bills?

What other ID's can we use at Exchange?

I asked that question because the utilities bills have been under my roommates name for 16 years never mine.

Hi 9mmhipchick.....Don't worry about NOT having a Utility bill in your name, it's just a suggestion, NOT mandatory. You should call the bank and ask them, i'm sure they can give ya the info ya need. Hope this helps, HAGD
